Kai Crouch is the co-owner of Crouching Tiger Exterior Cleaning and a Palm Beach County native. He works on-site across Palm Beach Gardens and the surrounding area, with a focus on window cleaning, paver cleaning and sealing, and restoring weathered exterior surfaces.

Kai Crouch co-founded Crouching Tiger Exterior Cleaning with his brother Micah in February 2024, building the company around a simple idea: you should be able to trust your exterior cleaning company as much as you trust a friend. As a Palm Beach native, Kai knows the specific challenges Florida properties face year-round.
He focuses on window cleaning, paver cleaning and sealing, and exterior surface restoration, using professional-grade equipment and proven techniques on every property. Like his brother, Kai is personally on-site for the company's jobs across Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Tequesta, and nearby communities.
